Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate and organize the implementation of sales plans to achieve sales goals;
2. Implement the company's marketing strategy and develop the responsible regional market, develop new customers and maintain customer relationships to expand market share.
3. Provide customers with professional sales plans, complete sales plans and payment collection tasks;
4. Responsible for collecting and analyzing relevant information and trends of the industry, market, competitors, etc., and providing analysis reports and rationalization suggestions.
5. Use Facebook, Google and other platforms for regular promotion and customer development.
6. Visit dealers and farmers, discuss cooperation matters, develop the local market, and regularly summarize and optimize.
岗位职责：
1、制定并组织实施销售方案，达成销售目标；
2、执行公司营销策略并对负责的区域市场进行开拓、新客户开发和客户关系维护，扩大市场占有率。
3、为客户提供专业化的销售方案，完成销售计划及回款任务；
4、负责收集分析行业、市场、竞争对手等相关信息和动态，提供分析报告及合理化建议。
5、利用当地Facebook、Google等平台进行定期推广和客户开发。
6、外出拜访经销商和农户，洽谈合作事宜，开发所在地市场，定期总结和优化。

Job requirements
1. Experience in trading commodities such as fertilizer, wheat, imported grain, etc., familiar with the Southeast Asian market is preferred;
2. Fluent in English or Chinese, good listening and reading skills, multilingual is better;
3. Strong logical thinking and comprehensive analysis ability, good oral and written expression skills;
4. Work actively and consciously, with planning. Excellent mobility and resistance to stress;
5. Local driver's license is preferred.

2、中文或英文流利，具备良好的听书读写能力，会多语种更佳；

4、工作积极自觉，有计划性。有优秀的行动力和抗压力；
5、持当地驾照优先。
