1. Identifying and analyze the cause of failure, testing and diagnosing products to prevent reoccurrence of problems. 识别和分析故障原因，测试和诊断产品，防止问题再次发生。
2. Interact with device and process engineers to determine relationship of materials properties electrical performance and quality engineers assist in risk assessment. 与设备和工艺工程师互动以确定材料特性、电气性性能协助风险评估。
3. Develop, record and perform various failure analysis on system and components to identify root cause. 开发、记录和执行系统和组件的各种故障分析以确定根本原因。

5. To train, and provide guidance to a group of EMS technicians on test hardware and PCBA debugging skill for existing and all new models to ensure daily rejected PCBA are repaired on time without affecting planned shipment schedule. 培训和指导一批EMS技术人员对现有和所有新型号进行硬件测试和PCBA调试技巧，确保每天不合格的PCBA按时修复，不影响计划的出货时间。
